Senator Dunleavy, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 328(L&C) "An Act establishing the Board of                                                                       
Massage Therapists; relating to the licensing of massage therapists;                                                            
and providing for an effective date." Without objection, the bill was                                                           
referred to the Finance Committee.
